Yoga classes on line for the wellbeing of children, youths, families and adults


YogaKids Olha-Te is a project that emerged in 2013 to benefit children and families to obtain tools for their well-being, in a playful and fun way, through Yoga, Relaxation, Meditation, Mindfulness, Mandalas and Mudras exercises. In 2020 this project appears with another new modality, Yoga Breathe Dance, in the sense of extending the practice of Yoga to people who have never practiced, as they consider it to be a very slow activity for their dynamism. This new modality combines dance with some stretching and relaxation Yoga positions, accessible to all age groups. It is a very dynamic Yoga modality, where conscious breathing leads to a state of Mindfulness, with the practitioner focused on the present moment.

About Us


My name is Ina Vasques and I am the mentor of this project, which arises as a response to a need that I was detecting because I worked in the Education area for 20 years, of which 17 years as Technical Director of an IPSS with children (daycare, pre -school and 1st Cycle of Basic Education with CATL) and 3 years with young adults (higher education teacher). In a modern society like ours, where thought stimuli are innumerable, children do not develop the ability to focus, since their thinking ends up being much of the time accelerated, which causes concentration problems and earlier and earlier . Being able to train thinking to increase concentration and focus and emotional balance, becomes more and more a necessity in today's society. Adults are also struggling to focus and concentrate, for the same reasons. In my career as Technical Director, I experienced many stressful situations and I sometimes felt in Burnout, due to overwork. It was the practice of Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness that helped me to overcome these situations. I managed to find strategies for my well being with these practices. Based on my personal experience, I decided in 2018 to adapt the methodology of YogaKids Olha-Te to classes for the age group from 14 to 80 years old, through Fun Yoga classes, because if it worked for me, it also help other people. In 2020 also in this sense and thinking about people who do not identify with the practice of Yoga, because they consider to quiet and requires a lot of flexibility, I developed a new modality, Yoga Breathe Dance By Ina Vasques, where I combine dance, with Yoga, meditation, relaxation and Mindfulness. One of the charms of Yoga is that it can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or ability, as it doesn't have to be difficult! simple exercises can be used so that everyone can enjoy, safely and respecting their body and can be practiced anytime and anywhere.
